Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Alawa Kundasang, we strive to provide our guests with an exceptional stay. We understand that plans can change, and our cancellation policy is outlined below:

• Cancellations more than 14 days before check-in: Guests who cancel their booking at least 2 weeks (14 days) prior to their scheduled check-in date will receive a 50% refund of the total room fee.
• Cancellations within 14 days of check-in: Bookings cancelled within 2 weeks (14 days) of the scheduled check-in date are strictly non-refundable.
• How to Request a Cancellation: To initiate a cancellation, please contact us directly via email or WhatsApp.
• Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the guest within 1 week (7 days)
